Google Fridge

Der heutige Blog-Post ist auf englisch, weil er als Antwort auf den Post "The Google Fridge Giveaway" von Dan Perry ist.

Well here I go. When I first learned about the giveaway my head filled with crazy ideas like making a Case Mod out of the fridge but then my mind cleared and I though: Hey, this is a Google fridge, why would you want to mess and potentially break it?

Some years ago, I found one of these small fridges and ever since it was standing on the shelf next to my bed which also is my nightstand. Unfortunately about a year ago this fridge broke and ever since I was looking for a replacement.

And now I see your post and it hit me: This is the new fridge for my nightstand.

So to answer your question on how I would use it: Well I would use it as a fridge ;) Keeping my Coke and snacks cold. My bedroom is also the place where I do my programming for the university. I think it will improve my productivity and will help me for some cooler thinking.
